We’ve teamed up for Kent based yoga teacher Samantha Stone to bring you some great yoga to get you ready for those outdoor adventures! Stretching and strengthening using these exercises, no matter what your ability these are guaranteed to make you feel more supple and strong.

April’s practice comes ready for walkers just in time for National Walking Month! With some leg strengthening, lots of stretching and a bit of core, you’ll be striding out across the Kent countryside in no time.

So if you’ve been training for a long walk or you’re just starting out, make the time to strengthen, lengthen and you’ll be amazed at the benefits it brings. We hope you enjoy 😊

For the next year we’ll be bringing you one video a month focussing on different outdoor pursuits from cycling to rock-climbing. If you’ve never done yoga before, don’t worry, this is designed for beginners so just do what feels good – yoga practice takes time, so give yourself some!
